PTS Land Services is a civil engineering and land surveying company based in the southern metro area. We have performed engineering and surveying services throughout Minnesota and Wisconsin, for clients at the private, township, city, county, and state level.

Our surveying industry experience, along with the latest GPS and Robotic Total Station surveying equipment, allows our staff to complete projects quickly and accurately. Survey data can easily be obtained, processed, and delivered in any coordinate system and in any common format. We can offer support in other areas related to land surveying, including help in navigating local land use ordinances and permit approvals.

PTS staff has the training and experience to complete wetland delineations, delineation reports, and impact permitting. We are familiar with industry standards and requirements for wetland delineations, including COE guidelines. All reports include a detailed description of findings, observed soils, vegetation, hydrology, maps, aerial photos, and data sheets.

Our engineering services span from private residential developments to public roadway design. We perform any steps needed to complete the project, including drainage analysis and design, and any corresponding permitting.

We also provide grading models for use on GPS machine control. Our grading models can help your company finish projects in a timely and more efficient manner.
